Carriage Reintroduces Royals International as Industry Benchmark for Fifth Wheels

Carriage Inc announced today that the Royals International will be reintroduced to dealers at the annual Louisville Show in December. The 41-year old Royals International product will re-assert its status as the benchmark for high-end, full time fifth wheels while now appealing to a broader market of RVers.

"This Royals not only has the most striking visual appeal of any fifth wheel on the market, both inside and out, but as is our practice, there is much more than meets the eye," said Todd Schmitz, Product Manager at Carriage, "and while the Royals will draw gasps for its amazing looks, its construction and reliability are what we continually focus on and that alone helps us stand apart from high-end pretenders".

The 2010 Royals will feature 5 industry-exclusive floor plans, including 2 with the Carriage innovated and still-exclusive full-wall slide out technology. Also continuing in the Carriage tradition every piece of wood from slide out fascia to tables and chairs has been milled, built and finished in our own wood shop. "Keeping this quality of build in-house has kept our great reputation flourishing over the years," said Schmitz, adding, "we're very thrilled to be offering the new Royals and have already seen customers not only trading in fifth wheels for it but also walking away from motor home purchases to attain a Royals International.

The unit will have 2 exterior paint choices, quartz countertops, the Carriage exclusive dual floor system, and a base MSRP of $123,000.
