Carriage Customer Surveys Show 93% Recommendation Approval Rating

Carriage Incorporated, a high-end fifth wheel manufacturer based in Millersburg, Indiana, announced today that, as a result of 40 years of building "The World's Finest Fifth Wheels" that returned customer surveys for the 2009 model year have shown that 93% of Carriage owners would purchase another unit or recommend Carriage.

"This is not something we can keep quiet about, we're too proud that after 40 years we still have the company basics at heart; quality and service" said Don Emahiser, Carriage V.P. of Sales and Marketing.

Emahiser also pointed out that the results came on the heels of some amazing new product developments and buying audiences, mainly the addition of the full-wall slide out floor plans in 3 models, with a 4th to debut soon. "The calculated risks we've taken have rewarded us, and we're very proud to have kept owners happy and helped them purchase multiple Carriages, but also to keep moving forward as a progressive RV manufacturer".
